Brazil Moves One $11B Chevron Spill Case To New Court

Law360, New York (April 13, 2012, 4:54 PM EDT) -- A Brazilian judge on Friday moved one of two $11 billion government lawsuits against energy giants Chevron Corp. and Transocean Ltd. to a new court in Rio de Janeiro, taking it out of the hands of the prosecutor who first filed it.
