United Pet Foods Accused Of Shilling Toxic Feed

Law360, Chicago (April 13, 2012, 7:34 PM EDT) -- Animal feed supplier National Feeds Inc. and its insurer sued United Pet Foods Inc. in Ohio federal court Friday, claiming the company owes them more than $3 million for making rancid dog feed and mink feed that allegedly caused minks to become sick or die.
