Law360, New York (April 13, 2012, 7:41 PM EDT) -- An oil and gas industry group and three energy companies urged the Tenth Circuit on Thursday to reject the U.S. Department of the Interior's interpretation of a 60-day deadline to act on drilling leases, saying the agency's reading was convoluted.
