Judge Knocks Down Manpower's $3M Building Collapse Claim

Law360, New York (April 16, 2012, 6:07 PM EDT) -- Manpower Inc. cannot collect $2.9 million from its U.S. insurer for losses stemming from the collapse of a building in Paris, because the company’s French insurance policy provided sufficient coverage, a Wisconsin federal judge ruled Friday.
