EDF, Mitsui Enter Moroccan Market With Wind Farm Deal

Law360, New York (April 16, 2012, 3:00 PM EDT) -- A consortium led by French electric power provider EDF Energies Nouvelles along with Japanese investment firm Mitsui & Co. Ltd. will take over a 150-megawatt wind-power project in Morocco, positioning the companies to expand development in the wind-rich country, EDF said Monday.
