Cheniere Locks In $4B Of Debt For $10B LNG Export Plant

Law360, New York (April 16, 2012, 7:02 PM EDT) -- Natural gas giant Cheniere Energy Inc. has lined up eight banking and private equity investors to funnel $4 billion worth of debt financing into its $10 billion plan to build the country's first liquefied natural gas export facility in Louisiana, the company announced Monday.
