CFTC Fires Back At Industry Groups In Trade Limit Suit

Law360, New York (April 16, 2012, 2:47 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission told a Washington federal judge Monday that industry groups challenging a new rule aimed at curbing speculation in oil and commodities markets were seeking to unwind all regulations limiting the positions investors may take.
