HHS Asks High Court To Mull Medicare Repayment Deadlines

Law360, Washington (April 16, 2012, 2:53 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services urged the U.S. Supreme Court on Friday to reverse a decision that could jeopardize the agency's time limits for Medicare reimbursement appeals, saying the D.C. Circuit erred when it overturned a lower court's ruling.
