US Officials Press Congress To OK Normal Trade With Russia

Law360, New York (April 18, 2012, 9:49 PM EDT) -- Officials from the U.S. Office of the Trade Representative and the U.S. Department of State on Wednesday asked Congress to repeal a law barring normal trade relations with Russia ahead of its coming admission into the World Trade Organization, saying a repeal would benefit U.S. farmers.
