High Court Declines Latest Ministerial Exception Case

Law360, New York (April 16, 2012, 6:15 PM EDT) -- A Maryland pastor and his church are still on the hook for claims of sexual harassment and gender discrimination after the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to review a state appeals court's ruling that a female employee's claims were not barred by the so-called ministerial exception.
