Calif. Budget Cuts Harm Judicial System, Critics Warn

Law360, San Diego (April 16, 2012, 10:40 PM EDT) -- Two lawyers who are contesting California’s gay marriage ban, several trial court judges and others warned state senators on Monday that budget cuts to the courts are making it harder for people to access justice and are creating greater uncertainty for businesses.
