Delta Mills Gets More Time To Solicit Approval

Law360, New York (August 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal bankruptcy court judge has granted woven textile maker Delta Mills Inc. more time to win support for its liquidation plan, extending the company's exclusive period to solicit acceptance to Sept. 14.

Judge Christopher S. Sontchi of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware approved Delta Mills' motion for an extension on Monday. Delta Mills filed a certificate of no objection with the court Thursday, noting that it has received no objection or other response to its June request for an extension....
