SNP Bankruptcy Court Can't Challenge French Holdings: Judge

Law360, New York (April 19, 2012, 7:11 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Wednesday reinstated the Chapter 15 case of French company SNP Boat Services SA and said that a U.S. bankruptcy court cannot examine foreign court decisions on a case-by-case basis to determine if litigants had received their due process rights.
