Obama Vows To Get Tough On Oil Speculators

Law360, New York (April 17, 2012, 6:41 PM EDT) -- President Barack Obama on Tuesday pledged to crack down on oil market speculation in order to combat higher gas prices and urged Congress to increase funding to regulate energy market activity and adopt stricter civil and criminal penalties for speculators.
