Enviros Sue Mont. To Enforce Coal Mine Water Rules

Law360, New York (April 18, 2012, 4:55 PM EDT) -- A pair of environmental groups sued the director of the Montana Department of Environmental Quality on Tuesday over alleged neglect in coal mining permitting decisions, seeking to compel the enforcement of federal laws protecting ground and surface waters in the state.
