Nissan Opposes Extensions In Export Case

Law360, New York (August 22, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Nissan North America Inc. has objected to a motion filed by the remaining parties in the Canadian Export antitrust litigation to extend the case schedule, saying the protraction will just force up the costs of the case and tarnish its reputation.
