DC Circ. OKs Jobsite Handbilling By Contractor's Workers

Law360, New York (April 18, 2012, 5:03 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit on Tuesday upheld a National Labor Relations Board decision that a property owner generally may not bar employees of an onsite contractor from distributing union-related handbills on the property, in a case involving a Las Vegas casino.
