KFC Manager Fired For Crying Foul On Rotten Meat Sales: Suit

Law360, New York (April 18, 2012, 5:21 PM EDT) -- The manager of a KFC Corp. franchise in Oregon was fired because he refused to serve rotten chicken to customers, according to a lawsuit filed Tuesday.

James MacNeal's complaint, filed in Oregon state court, claims franchisee Graja Inc. and owners Frederick Jackson and Katie Roberts asked employees to fry and serve meat that was weeks past its expiration date — chicken so spoiled it had turned green.
