Rambus, Nanya To Square Off In San Francisco

Law360, New York (August 22, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A special master has denied Nanya Technology Corp.’s bid to block Rambus Inc. from taking depositions of its Taiwan-based designees in California, clearing the way for Rambus to start building its defense against antitrust counterclaims in its memory patent case.
