EU Mulls Energy Deregulation, Market Reforms

Law360, New York (August 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The third round of the European Commission's energy deregulation plan will kick off on Sept. 19, the date by which regulators hope to propose another set of energy market reforms.

European Commission spokesperson Ferran Tarradellas Espuny told reporters on Thursday that regulators are currently working on the document and that “it should be ready by Sept. 19, all going well.”
