KKR, Goldman Funnel $52M Into Indian Logistics Co.

Law360, New York (April 19, 2012, 2:35 PM EDT) -- Private equity giant Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. is teaming up with Goldman Sachs Group Inc. to inject 2.69 billion rupees ($52 million) into India's TVS Logistics Services Ltd. to help the service provider grow its business, the companies announced Thursday.
