Dura Submits Reorganization Plan

Law360, New York (August 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Dura Automotive Systems Inc. on Wednesday filed its reorganization plan and related disclosure statement in a move that will see the embattled auto parts maker emerging from Chapter 11 by the end of the year.

The company filed the documents on Wednesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, stating that the move represented another significant step towards achieving its goal of quickly emerging from Chapter 11 as a stronger, more competitive company, according to chairman and chief executive Larry Denton.
