Global Power Gets More Time To Win Creditor Support

Law360, New York (August 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has again added more time to Global Power Equipment Group Inc.'s clock, giving the bankrupt power equipment company until November to win support for its reorganization plan.

In a order signed Wednesday and filed Thursday, Judge Brendan L. Shannon of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware extended the company's exclusivity period until 24 hours after he rules on the exclusivity motion, or, if he grants the motion, until the date he sets.
