CIT Nixes Lumber Cos.' Bid For Piece Of $500M Payout

Law360, New York (April 20, 2012, 3:54 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade on Thursday again canned a suit brought by domestic lumber companies over a provision of the government's 2006 softwood lumber agreement with Canada that cut them out of $500 million in settlement money.
