Oracle, Hitachi Latest Targets In Data Storage IP Row

Law360, New York (April 23, 2012, 4:14 PM EDT) -- Oracle Corp., Hitachi Data Systems Corp. and three other software companies were hit with a patent infringement suit in Delaware federal court Thursday over a hotly contested data storage patent at the source of litigation filed against more than a dozen major technology companies.
