Buchanan Ingersoll Hires IP Litigators From Fish & Richardson To Lead San Diego Office

Law360 (April 20, 2005, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Buchanan Ingersoll LLP has hired two seasoned telecommunications and intellectual property litigators from Fish & Richardson in an effort to rebuild its IP practice in San Diego after a number of defections to Duane Morris.

The firm hired Daniel Pascucci and Andrew Skale and named Pascucci to head its San Diego office and the firm's California litigation practice.
