Finance Reform Group Defends CFTC's Position Limits Rule

Law360, New York (April 23, 2012, 7:03 PM EDT) -- Financial reform advocate Better Markets Inc. sided with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission in a suit against it by finance industry groups, telling a Washington federal court on Friday the CFTC was not required to perform a cost-benefit analysis before making a rule limiting positions investors can take.
