Wal-Mart Creates New Officer Post To Ensure FCPA Compliance

Law360, New York (April 24, 2012, 6:59 PM EDT) -- Wal-Mart Stores Inc. has created a new position to oversee compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the company said Tuesday, in response to a recent report alleging it paid millions in bribes to facilitate the expansion of its Mexican operations.
