Research Co. Makes Peace With FDA Over Suspect Drug Tests

Law360, Wilmington (April 24, 2012, 8:54 PM EDT) -- Bankrupt Cetero Research has reached a final resolution with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration over data irregularities at one of the pharmaceutical testing provider's labs, the company said Tuesday.

The FDA probe, which Cetero cited as a major factor in its financial woes, will require complete reanalysis of studies performed on various drugs at the company’s Houston bioanalytical laboratory between April 2005 and February 2008, Cetero said in a statement.
