Top House Dem Asks GAO To Review Coal Lease Payments

Law360, New York (April 25, 2012, 2:57 PM EDT) -- A top Democrat in the U.S. House of Representatives asked the U.S. Government Accountability Office on Tuesday to review the U.S. Department of the Interior's coal leasing program, claiming producers may be paying too little for leases as they reap premium prices for their increasing exports.
