Former Dewey Partners Still Waiting For Capital Payments

Law360, New York (April 24, 2012, 8:41 PM EDT) -- Departed Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP equity partners said Tuesday that they were still waiting for overdue payments of invested capital from the beleaguered firm, which is struggling under the weight of debt and massive partner defections.

Former partners told Law360 that the firm had failed to pay this past year's installment of capital reimbursement that was due in January.
