HP Promotes Deputy To General Counsel, Executive VP

Law360, New York (April 24, 2012, 10:11 PM EDT) -- Hewlett-Packard Co. announced Tuesday that it has named John Schultz as its new executive vice president and general counsel, promoting him from vice president and deputy general counsel in charge of litigation.

Schultz’s new position will make him responsible globally for all legal and compliance functions. He is replacing interim general counsel David Healy, who was appointed to the temporary position in December as a replacement for Michael Holston.
