Judge Links Five Cases To Air Surcharge MDL

Law360, New York (August 24, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Three purported class actions and two individual suits brought against Korean Air Lines Co. Ltd. this month for allegedly fixing fuel surcharge prices on airline tickets have received the green light to be related with the pending air surcharge multidistrict litigation.

Judge Charles R. Breyer on Wednesday signed off on the motion for the five cases to be linked to the massive antitrust case that he is presiding over in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
