State Law Dictates Renewable Energy Credit Ownership: FERC

Law360, New York (April 25, 2012, 3:24 PM EDT) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission codified its position Tuesday on how federal law applies to the transfer of renewable energy credits from electricity producers to utility companies, saying it would not bring enforcement proceedings against the West Virginia Public Service Commission.
