GAO Calls For More Transparency On USPTO Fees

Law360, New York (April 26, 2012, 6:39 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office should increase the level of transparency regarding its fees and better communicate the rationale for those fees to the public, the U.S. Government Accountability Office said Wednesday.
