Sierra Club Says Settlement Blocks Dominion LNG Plant

Law360, New York (April 26, 2012, 7:58 PM EDT) -- The Sierra Club said Thursday it would use a 40-year-old settlement to attempt to block Dominion Resources Services Inc. from building a liquefied natural gas export facility in Maryland, claiming the agreement allowed it to reject Dominion's plans.
