Suit Says Army Corps Flouted Injunction On CWA Policy

Law360, New York (April 27, 2012, 4:29 PM EDT) -- Two Louisiana companies on Thursday accused the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers of hurting their property deal by violating an injunction on a rule that broadened the Corps.' Clean Water Act jurisdiction over wetlands that were converted into cropland.
