Delays In Appointing Examiner Give Lender Trouble

Law360 (August 28, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A bankruptcy judge on Friday instructed the U.S. Trustee to appoint an examiner to investigate mortgage lender TransLand Financial Services Inc. and oversee its financial transactions—but by Monday, the lender had already asked for relief from the court.
