All American's Creditors Oppose Distribution Plan

Law360, New York (August 28, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Unsecured creditors in All American Semiconductors Inc.'s bankruptcy on Monday appealed a recently decided order allowing the bankrupt semiconductor distributor to assume distribution agreements with other semiconductor companies.

All American, which sold most of its assets to Rock River LLC in June, asked the court in an emergency motion to approve Rock River's assignment of distribution agreements with Taiyo Yuden Inc., Atmel Corp., Fairchild Semiconductor Corp. and Seiko Instruments USA Inc.

Isicoff's order also overruled the official committee of unsecured creditors' objection to Rock River's assumption...
