FirstEnergy Agrees To Settle $9M Arsenic Poisoning Suit

Law360, New York (April 27, 2012, 7:40 PM EDT) -- A FirstEnergy Corp. affiliate on Friday agreed in principle to a settlement with the Sierra Club and two state environmental organizations in a $9.4 million suit over alleged arsenic poisoning at a West Virginia power plant.
