NCR Ordered To Perform Part Of $1B Superfund Cleanup

Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 3:57 PM EDT) -- NCR Corp. was ordered Friday to carry out environmental remediation work at the Lower Fox River Superfund site in Wisconsin, where the total polychlorinated biphenyl cleanup will cost roughly $1 billion.

U.S. District Judge William Griesbach granted the U.S. government's request for a preliminary injunction requiring NCR to remove 660,000 cubic yards of sediment from the Lower Fox River this year.
