Jury To Hear Huffington Claims Over Doomed Carlyle Fund

Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 4:54 PM EDT) -- A Delaware jury will determine whether The Carlyle Group LP and one its founders misled former Rep. Michael Huffington, R-Calif., when they convinced him to sink $20 million in a highly leveraged and ill-fated investment fund, a judge ruled April 18.
