Feds To Examine Possible ACA Loophole For Small Biz

Law360, New York (May 1, 2012, 4:31 PM EDT) -- Federal regulators signaled concern Tuesday that there may be a loophole in the health care reform law that would allow small employers to skirt some of the law's provisions by self-insuring, a move regulators say could lead to higher premiums on the small business insurance exchanges.
