3rd-Party Options For Customer-Generators In Pa.

Law360, New York (May 18, 2012, 1:13 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PaPUC) issued a final order on March 29, 2012, that sets forth a new policy under which the definition of "customer generator" for purposes of net metering includes those customer-generators that contract with third parties to perform the operational functions of the alternative energy system.
