FWS's 'Eagle' Eye On Renewable Energy Development

Law360, New York (May 10, 2012, 1:44 PM EDT) -- On April 13, 2012, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) issued a proposed rule to extend programmatic eagle take permits for up to 30 years to accommodate the development of renewable energy projects.
