Court Keeps Award For Meth-Using Trucker's Widow

Law360 (August 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court panel has upheld a multimillion dollar damages award to the widow of a trucker who took methamphetamine, crashed his Freightliner LLC vehicle and then couldn't escape the ensuing fire.
