Fed Urged To Implement Better Stress Test Coordination

Law360, New York (May 8, 2012, 7:07 PM EDT) -- A financial regulatory policy think tank on Monday called on the Federal Reserve to better coordinate its proposed stress test rules required under the Dodd-Frank Act with other regulators, including the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp., and with its existing stress testing procedures.
