Boston Scientific Accuses St. Jude Of Stealing Sales Data

Law360, Los Angeles (May 9, 2012, 6:00 PM EDT) -- Medical device maker Boston Scientific Corp. on Wednesday accused rival St. Jude Medical SC Inc. and a Cleveland-based former manager of poaching data related to the sale of cardiac devices.

Boston Scientific claims Albert Sprenger Jr. breached a noncompete agreement after taking a similar job with St. Jude, supervising its sales of cardiac devices in the Cleveland area.
