Bill Aims To Prevent States Defunding Planned Parenthood

Law360, New York (May 9, 2012, 6:27 PM EDT) -- A Republican congressman introduced a bill Wednesday designed to stop state legislatures from cutting off federal health care funds from going to Planned Parenthood, after a number of states introduced legislation to ban funding for the health and family planning services provider.
