Drug Tracking Talks Continue As Panel OKs FDA Fee Bill

Law360, New York (May 10, 2012, 1:53 PM EDT) -- A House panel on Thursday unanimously approved legislation authorizing the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's $2.8 billion user fee agreements, setting the bill up for a floor vote by the end of the month even as negotiations continue over a nationwide track-and-trace system for drugs.
